I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1994 obtaining my Diploma in Massage Therapy and registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

With the interest of finding a more efficient method of treating patients, I began my Osteopathic studies at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2006.

Following five years of study and two years of thesis research, I successfully obtained my Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in 2013

Clients of all ages are catered to. Services include Integrative Massage  Therapy or Osteopathic Manual Therapy techniques.  These modalities are designed to relieve the body of restricitons and limitations related to day to day living, as well as aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.
